Nova Franklin

PRINCIPAL

Nova is a Psychologist who helps improve people’s experiences as they interact with complex government, not-for-profit and commercial organisations. Nova spent the early part of her career focusing on culture change, human resources, and change management challenges.

During her time with Meld, Nova has worked with organisations such as the Department of Jobs and Small Business, NSW Justice, the Australian Taxation Office, Westpac and Telstra.

Nova’s work broadly falls into three categories: helping people reach their goals in complex situations (including youth unemployment, courts, prison and financial decision making); enabling people within organisations to collaborate, grow and embrace change; and human-centred design mentoring, coaching and training.
